Beyond the skin is based on the university as location; a place for teaching and research. Kjellmark's work is exploratory, what she explores is not material or technology itself, rather human relationship to technology. This exhibition focuses on Kjellmark's work as an experiment. As the site of the exhibition is in the university environment, it also invites a comparison between the researcher’s investigative work and the artist’s creative work.
